We wanted to order lunch and was told during lunch that that there's no chicken and it will be ready after an hour. We went back after a few days and the chicken and the bread bun was too dry. I requested extra hot but could taste lemon and herb. Loved the salad.
Nandos food is delicious, service was satisfactory. The ambiance of the restaurant is really great, very esthetic just disappointed in the butter I was given. I love my rolls with butter and it was disintegrated, theg gave me old butter
The food is good, the service was fine.. My problem is the location. Next to the taxi rank in CBD. I was there one day dark, coming from Polokwane and I was terrified. I don't go there anymore. During the day you struggle to get parking. They should consider changing the location.
I had alot of occasions where the pieces were missing from a whole cutted chicken... Attitude of the cashiers when paying with vouchers... This place being close to the taxi rank and surrounded by hawkers makes the atmosphere not relaxing and cool
Nando’s never disappoint. The food was nice 🫡! The manager needs to up the game in terms of cleanness. The hand washing area and toilets are not clean 😤!
The food tasted very good and we didn't have to wait for a long time for the food
