Woodrock Animal Rescue

A few weeks ago, we found a box of kittens next to the road. While many rescues were understandably full at the time, Woodrock Animal Rescue still went out of their way to help us. Stella was willing to take them in when we sadly couldn’t keep them ourselves. 💔 Thank you to Stella and the entire team for the quick intake and the incredible facilities and care you provide for both the little and big animals. 🤗 I would recommend Woodrock Animal Rescue over and over again!

Nothing but praise for Woodrock and their adoption process. Simple, informative, transparent, professional, friendly, personal and caring. We feel very privileged to have been afforded the opportunity to be associated with Woodrock and now as official "adoptoparents". Thank you Sarah and your team and, thank you too to Jess who bottle reared "Lemmy", our newest addition to the family. We are blessed and honoured and will take very good care of him. With Sincerity Michael

We adopted two pups from Woodrock and had an absolutely amazing experience! The service was outstanding, and the inspector, Sarah, was beyond helpful. She guided us through puppy-proofing our home and went the extra mile by sending us DIY links to make the process even easier. She was always available to answer our questions and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for our pups. We couldn’t recommend Woodrock enough and would 100% encourage anyone considering adoption to go through them!

We adopted our two gorgeous furbabies from Woodrock, and from the minute we walked in, we could feel the love, passion, and kindness behind every single staff member we interacted with. You are all truly amazing, thank you for blessing our home with our two precious babies. 🐾❤️

I would just like to thank the staff at the Woodrock animal clinic that was involved in assisting us last night 20:00. Bella is doing very well! All because of your swift response and profesionalism.

Our experience adopting Xena (Willow) from Woodrock Animal Rescue was truly incredible. From the moment we walked in, we could see how much love, dedication, and care the team puts into every single animal. The staff were kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping these dogs find their forever homes. The adoption process was smooth, and they made sure we felt prepared and supported in welcoming Xena into our family. You can clearly see that the animals’ wellbeing is their top priority. Thank you to everyone at Woodrock for the amazing work you do and for bringing our beautiful girl Xena into our lives. She has already filled our home with so much love and joy. 🐾❤️

Woodrock are amazing. They were very responsive. They have a rigorous vetting process to make sure their dogs are placed in the best homes. And so supportive with information on e you adopt. Although their premises are far out, they have a lovely pop up at the GardenShop in Parktown where they bring some of their dogs on a Saturday.
