Posh Puppies

My golden spaniel is very old and she is a nervous doggy but at Posh puppies they treat her with dignity and always makes sure she is well taken care of. She feels and looks like a young puppy when she comes back from her salon spa treatment.

The workers are very rude and you can see they have no love or care for the dogs, it's just a job for them. The owner is friendly and has genuine love for dogs, however, they need to learn to follow instructions. We asked them to give our dog a trim and they ended up cutting all his hair our and not evenly at that, using the excuse his hair was knotted, when his hair was clearly not, not sure if this is just a trick to get you to pay more or a cover up for the the terrible job the workers do. Strongly suggest they get some workers with better attitudes and who know what they doing.

IV always taken my doggo there but the last experience was pathetic....they cut her fur so badly leaving patches everywhere,some areas still long,some cut till the skin was bruised & my dog is small & timid...she was visibly shaking when I fetched her. When I contacted the owner she said she will look into it as she wasn't present when it happened...to this day no feedback,she does not return my messages or calls or just doesn't answer. Truly disappointing & I would not recommend

Kodak and Tommy our 5 month old GSD puppies were in need of grooming...came out looking sparkling..reasonable prices for good service ..thank you team..

Gave strict instructions not to shave my husky. They did not listen and gave him back with no fur. Disappointed

We are so disappointed.I will never use this company again!!. My dogs were supposed to be groomed instead fully shaven with cuts and bruises throughout their bodies...these are German and Swiss shephards..it could only be stupidity that went through their minds when my pets were fully shaven and hurt this bad😡...they were traumatised and thirsty!!!!.This company simply have no passion and skills nor ethics. I am encourage all not to be in that same position as we go through, avoid this place at all costs.
