The Cat Hotel

My partner and I went away for 3 weeks over the December period and needed a safe, loving place to leave our cat, Jellybean. From the very beginning, the experience was amazing. We started the process earlier in the year, and Moira and her husband kindly invited us to come and view the cat hotel. We even brought Jellybean along so he could see the space too. We were immediately happy with what we saw and felt completely at ease, so we booked straight away. While we were away on holiday, Moira was incredible- she sent us updates every few days on how Jellybean was doing and patiently answered all of my questions. It really put my mind at ease. Jellybean was so happy and clearly very well cared for. I couldn't recommend this cat hotel more and will definitely be bringing Jellybean back again in the future.

I cannot recommend The Cat Hotel Linden enough! My cats are generally very scared and apprehensive around others, yet they were so calm and genuinely happy in Moira’s care. It’s rare to find someone who animals immediately trust, but Moira has that gift. The facilities are absolutely impeccable serene and spotless which is incredibly impressive given how many cats she attends to. Each kitty gets personalized attention, and I received daily updates without ever having to ask. It gave me so much peace of mind leaving my kitties there for 2 weeks. After having bad experiences with another cattery, I was nervous to ever send my cats to another cattery, but The Cat Hotel Linden exceeded every expectation I had. I honestly don’t think I could ever send my cats anywhere else. The best part? My kitties didn’t even want to come home when I collected them! That says everything. Highly, highly recommended. 🐾💕

The Cat Hotel is the best hotel, in town. This is the second time I have taken a cat to the hotel...both experiences were fantastic...my cats both came home and settled within hours with no stress at all. The team, under Moira's guidance and her incredible care, exhibit the same attitudes...no wonder Gabi wants a return trip next year!! Thank you to all at the Cat Hotel

The most wonderful cattery. We’ve been using The Cat Hotel since our cat was just three months old, and she absolutely loves going there. We always feel completely at ease knowing she’s receiving such excellent care. Moira is incredibly kind and attentive, and she always shares the loveliest photos and updates, which means so much to us.

We’ve had our cat stay at the Cat Hotel for months when we came back to SA. The love and care that Moira and her team have for the cats is truly special. Our cat has adjusted to her new environment so well…honestly, she’s living better than we do. The accommodation and surroundings are beautiful - filled with music and water features. We receive regular updates and photos, and when we visit, we’re always met with smiles and a very relaxed cat. I will never use another cattery again.

Our cats (5) stayed there in November. We normally get a pet sitter, but our normal petsitter was not available this year, so we had to make a different plan. It was the Best decision we could have made. Moira and her team did exceptional work. I would recommend this for anyone. We will be going back every year from now on.

I went away for a month and I was quite nervous putting Lulu in a kennel because it was her first time. The Cat Hotel was an absolute amazing experience! Moira sent daily updates with videos and pictures of Lulu being brushed and loved. Lulu looks even better than when she got there! If you’re looking for a home away from home for your kitty, this is it!! The personalized experience is everything.
