You failed to diagnose my puppy with parvo virus after a whole fckn week of consultation. Spoke to a friend about my experience with your service only to find that she also had the same experience and also lost her puppy. Maybe it's a trend but it's my duty to let others know. I failed my puppy by entrusting you, never again!!!
Recently has the misfortune of having to put our Pitbull down because she was riddled with an aggressive cancer. The vet on duty was so compassionate, friendly and gentle with her. He was informative and even went so far as to show us the blood slides through the microscope and made a drawing for us explaining what we were looking at. Even once our little girl had passed, they treated her with respect which soothed our hearts a fraction through the loss. He took his time in the appointment and didn’t rush (we didn’t feel like we were on a conveyer belt being rushed through so the next patient could be seen and their prices are very reasonable). I really was very impressed with the professionalism and compassion we received on that very sad day.
The staff and Doctor are all friendly with the doctor been absolutely awesome will only take my pets there.in future.
