I started my journey driving from emergency vet to emergency vet @ 9pm last night with a dying cat. U were my 2nd stop. Unfortunately I only had R750 on me & u turned me away because I was R200 short. It's sad when it becomes all about money & not about saving an animals life! I would not recommend your facility to anyone! Working with animals is a calling, which u missed when it became all about money! Unless u have a 5 digit bank balance, DON'T GO TO THIS VET! 🤬
Thank you so much. We rushed with after hours emergency. Best compassionate drs. Friendly kind receptionist. Thank you so much. Best experience.
I’m really disappointed with the service I received today. I called earlier to ask if the vet was available to vaccinate my new puppy since I stay far, and I didn’t want to drive all the way for nothing. The receptionist told me I could come through, so I drove 40 minutes — only to find the "24-hour vet" with its gates locked. It was raining and late, so I called from outside. The same person answered, but after I explained I was there, he told me the doctor was busy. I said I didn’t mind waiting since I had come so far and also needed to buy my dogs’ food from them he muted the call. After a few minutes, I called again, and that’s when he said they only do vaccinations between 8 and 5. The problem is, I called just after 6 — so why tell me to come through if they stop vaccinating at 5? I also used this bet previously and had my puppy vaccinated at 8pm a few months ago?? I ended up wasting time, fuel, and money I really couldn’t afford to waste. It’s honestly unacceptable service, especially from a place that claims to be open 24 hours. I’ve used this vet before, but after this experience, I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.
I am honestly disgusted with these people. The vet made me take my dog's temperature he did not touch my dog my dog was sitting on the floor with blood coming out his bum and he refused to help us further because we can't pay R2500 in advance. We still had to pay a consultation fee when he did not even look at my dog. On top of all of that we sat in our car outside for almost 1 and a half hour before he could help us. Then proceeded to make us put a muzzle on our sick dog because he is scared. THEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE A DAMN VET IF YOU ARE SCARED OF DOGS ! You guys are ridiculous and heartless ! DO NOT USE THEM
I had an emergency with my cat late at night and they were so kind and caring toward both my cat and I. They even called at 7am the next morning to check up on my cat and offer tips of what to keep an eye out for. Very caring vet and amazing that they are open 24 hours.
The doctors here are simply amazing. Their genuine love for animals is evident in every interaction, and I have complete trust in their honest and caring approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, as they provide the best possible care for my pets
Thank you so much to Dr. Victor and his team for their assistance in saving my rabbit- Marshmallow. Walked in at 21:30, panicked and he was so gentle and patient with us in detailing the issue at hand. May God bless you and your team.
