Builders Warehouse Newmarket

There were very little staff around to assist my parents and I regarding the products we were looking to purchase. Also Builders Warehouse products are much more expensive than that of Makro that is just around the block... thus future customers do your homework first before coming to the store.

Excellent sales assistance from Builders Newmarket when we wanted to buy roof paint. Even when we returned to buy. But once we ran out, we wanted the same batch but it was send to Builders The Glen. We had to drive there to buy the paint and the sales person was not very friendly.

This store has anything and everything . Friendly and helpful staff . Did not wait too long in the queue . I normally go to the Builders in Boksburg but this was the only store that had what I was looking for . Great experience overall

Worst choice I ever made. Zero for care. Went in asked for help with swimming pool pipe. 1 there is no 1 in the section to help. But ok. Eventually they call some 1. Then the so called expert had to be prompt every step by me . He couldn't give advice I had to suggest everything. And the worst part came.... I asked do I need a special glue for pipe connection because it's high pressure water running through connection. He said yes glue is needed. So I asked well can you give me it or get or something. Since I have no clue what I need . So can you get it. His response it's "not my job" Wow talk about no team work in that place. Eventually I called Manager. And eventually got 1 of 3 items sorted.because guess what they don't have stock. Was totally out of patience because they didn't even bother to check the system to see if any other their stores have it Zero team work In short don't expect anything good from builders warehouse Newmarket. I hope they get competition soon. People deserve a place that cares a little at least

The dispatch manager of the yard (sand cement lintels) not sure her name if I'm not mistaken tambele or something like that, Very unprofessional and rude to customers staff and security. Has no respect and dignity to treat anybody with kindness what a shame. Very disappointed.

Your customer service is pathetic at your trade counter the staff just sit and look at you instead of assisting they have no customer ethics please train your staff I ordered goods on Friday they assured me delivery on either Saturday or Monday it is now Tuesday and still nothing has been delivered This is the last time I support your pathetic store quick to take my money but can’t deliver service what a shame

Was good, they had what I was looking for some it was a quick visit.
