Clicks Pharmacy Alberton City

For a Pharmaceutical store they really have 0 empathy. I went to their shop while feeling labour pains. Heavily pregnant to quickly get some stuff on the way to the hospital. I got some few things and asked the manager if I could pay quickly pay and leave as I was in so much pain and feeling dizzy. She literally made me wait for all the customers, even the ones that I came before of and waited for her to do her own tasks. Like she didn't even have any sense of care at all. I was feeling like am going to faint so I just left without buying the stuff that I urgently needed. This is by far the saddest experience I have ever had at a Clicks. Wouldn't wish it on anyone. Clicks do better.

The shelves are almost empty, could be due to the 3 for 2 sale..except it was alot of items not in-stock. Amazingly they had a sale for toilet rolls...but somehow the store has an odd policy that their trolley are not allowed to leave the store...so I was forced to buy plastic carry bag and carry my 36 toilet rolls along. That is terrible. But they do have some nice discounts

Terrible experience, waiting forever just to collect a parcel , The staff absolutely and i cannot stress this enough , they have no sense of Urgency Whatsoever !! No one even present to assist Poor service from this clicks , Its sad to see the staff bringing the name down, Edit: This Lady "Lizzy" has been called 3 times already , still not assisted, Yet ill be liable to pay the parking ticket for all this waiting time.

A dash of speed would be good. Pricing on shelf did not go through till. Waited ages for supervisor to find her way to tills. Then to go make a copy of slip.

I went to return and potentially buy another waffle maker, I didn’t like the quality but I decided to return it. The lady who was by the cash desk seemed for hesitant to assist me with the refund, asking me non stop as to why I’m returning, even though I mentioned why. She called for the manger (apparently the name of the manger is Lizzy) she never came. The supervisor proceeded to ask me various questions and refused to assist me with the return with the clicks card. In which I explained to her I didn’t have the card, and the waffle maker was a gift, yet I had all the receipts to prove that. I had to ask my partner to send me the card, and then the return was done but still hesitant to give me cash back and kept asking questions. I seriously hated the feeling I experienced. Especially that I shop at this specific store every week, yet I was looked and treated like I stole the waffle maker and I wanted quick cash. The treatment was awful and I left there feeling like I shouldn’t have returned it there. Absolutely ridiculous

They made us wait for literally an hour only to say their printers are offline. Appalling service

I would like to say to Sfundo thank you for the great service, because of her I will come to Alberton City again. Please ensure she gets a day off or some kind of reward she really made my shopping experience a pleasant experience.She showed me so much grace and patience.
