I experienced honesty that is rare in the cities. I gave my medical script to the junior pharmacist. She made up the order and placed it in a basket and sealed it. I took the basket paid and left the store. As I got home I got a call from Pilot a more experienced pharmacist. He wanted to know if I received all my tables. I then only checked. I had to receive two boxes of 30 tables there was only 1. Even though I paid for 2 boxes. He said that he saw it on the counter that the jnr pharmacist was serving me. (A human error) He had to ascertain first if I was indeed short. He then had it delivered to my residence at no cost. Honestly had he not called I would not have noticed. As I trusted the jnr pharmacist not releasing that she forgot 1 box.

Visit the Clinic on 2 January 2026 and the service was exceptional, the staff, very professional, the Sister on duty was so nice and had such a great bedside manner. Sister just a thank you for your assistance ☺️ must say a very nice Dischem.

Absolutely shocking experience. Waited for assistance in the prescription medication queue, no one behind counters to assist customers. Went to ask for assistance to get your staff member to roll her eyes because I asked if she could assist. Won’t be back to this store!

We went on Saturday to this Dischem and it was closed already but my husband was inside but this security guard didn't want to even listen to us or even speak to us. As I was talking to him he told me to send my husband what I want because they closed and closes the door on me. I asked him like 3 times, he said no. Eventually when we asked to see the manager he opened up for us, spoke to the manager.... And i really hope the manager takes it up with his boss as this is what the store manager told us what he was going to do. Really felt disgusted with his behavior... Even other people were looking at how rude the security guard was. Maybe people should stop buying from dischem even if it's for small thing's like this!

Bought products which was on the marked down table. Each item has two stickers indicating the original price and the reduced price. I don't usually check my slip but I did this time. The amount deducted for the marked down items were less then what was on the stickers. I went to return all the items. Please check your slip when you buy any marked down items at thid store!!

Pharmacy department has friendly staff...the whole store generally has helpful people working there. They always get the needed meds and supplies

Such a wonderful store. I love to go there for all my shopping. Just a pitty that the Lady at the Baby section is extreamly rude. She made my Husband feel like a criminal. I will rather go to another Dischem from now on. Such a pitty.
