The staff are excellent and super helpful. Purchased an item that was defective and they replaced it straight away. It's mostly imported Chinese products that are reasonably priced. There is literally something for everyone.

I bought a kettle and an iron in October 2025, the iron was faulty and I took it back to the store. I was told they have to take it for repairs. Everytime I call or go to the store, I am told they haven't heard back from the repairs. It's January 2026, and still no word from them since 3 months ago. I STILL DONT HAVE AN IRON, and they refuse to give me my money back, how is that fair!? It's not my fault that their iron was faulty!!

Great store, everything you need they have. At fair and good prices. Most men leave the store single no more. The store is loved by women, meaning everything is there.🔥😂

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from a Employee during my visit to the Panda Store As a customer, I expect a basic level of knowledge about the products being sold. Unfortunately the staff failed to meet even this minimal expectation. When I asked about the types of products sold at the store, they seemed completely clueless As a customer, it's frustrating to encounter an employee who clearly has no knowledge of the products they are supposed to be selling. It's not only unhelpful but also reflects poorly on the store as a whole. I hope the management takes steps to provide the staff with the necessary training and product knowledge to perform their job effectively. *Rating:* 1/5 stars *Recommendation:* Provide employees with comprehensive product training to ensure they can assist customers effectively.
