You let us signed our dog off whit paperwork we asked you to pay off you left the family hart broken because of you that doesn't have a hart to help people my children are crying for there dog you are a vet but yet you don't help people only to take away there dogs and this is not the first person you doing it with i am going to post you on social media so that people can see you don't have a hart for animals you take them away just to sell it to make money to get richer and people sponser you if the dogs don't get homes you put them out A Day after you took her you phoned us to tell us she did not make it you did the same to the other woman

Dr Michelle and Paws in Motion, have been caring for our pets for over 8 years and I would like to give Michelle and her staff props for always providing awesome care and advice for our pets of which we are crazy about.

1st visit to Paws in Motion. Found the receptionist, staff and Vet very friendly and helpful and caring!

Fact of needing to add a star is so irritating to be able to leave a review for a unethical, unkind, lack of empathy, love or care for any human, let alone animals. I rescued a pup from a group of men who were clearly high on drugs wanting to sell the pup for R2000 after getting the cops out and spca threatening to get them locked up, they gave me the pup and ran off. That being said, the pup was badly abused and had open wounds all over his body. I immediately took him home, bathed him and he took to me immediately. Unfortunately something about his health was off and he smelt terrible so i decided to rush him to Paws in motion begging them to please just take a look at him whilst i come up with the R3500 deposit payable before they even assist. The doctor grabbed him from my arms, threatening me with the animal protection network and that she will have him taken away if i dont pay. Next day, i couldnt get there in time as they operate like a normal 8 to 5 business (guaranteed no one on site throughout the night), i wanted to go the next morning, and i got a call to tell me that my pup didnt make it, no sympathy, just "yes his dead", i asked if i can go fetch him and lay him to rest at home and i was told "NO", call dropped and i then received an invoice - 2 sheets of medications listed of all that was apparently given to the abused puppy with parvo or that was their diagnosis atleast without a parvo kit onsite. I have since refused to pay the bill, a year later, i have the money hunting doctor "Michelle" mailing my workplace discussing the debt with the employer and i get a call where i am threatened that they will come to my work place, hour later, i get even more cocky messages. I publicly acknowledge the debt, and i publicly want them to take me to court. I am also laying a complaint with the SAVC and the APN. If you want fair treatment towards you and an animal, basic human rights and consumer protection act adhered to, and you want you pet out alive, do yourself and your animal a favor, STAY SWAY! Its just about the money to this place. They claim to be part of the animal protection network but yet they are carrying out business practice and animal cruelty in totality against what the animal protection network is about.

Great place. The veterinarian there is a lovely person. We took my friends doggie there to put him down, she was very helpful and very empathetic. Every step they take is explained and the care with which they handled the situation was exemplary. Would highly recommend!
