Friendly, caring and 1st class service. I would not take my pet anywhere else. Everything is explained and you don't leave feeling ripped off. Looking for a Good Vet? Highly recommended.
I was told by the lady vet a month ago that the injection to replace the daily tablet for my baby's skin allergy would be cheaper than the R 550 I pay for the tablets every month at another vet. It would be R 460 and last 6-8 weeks. Today I was charged R775 and was told by a different vet there that it only lasts a month and was charged R 150 service fee to administer. I asked to check my baby's anal glands and was told they are not too bad but he still proceeded to clean them which was another R 178. I am a pensioner and this is totally unacceptable. I was in and out the vet in 5 minutes.
Dr Kudzi is so compassionate and understanding. He diagnosed my mom's dog with advanced heart failure and was so gentle with her and so kind to my mom who was, understandably, distraught. He didn't even charge my mom a consultation fee. So often people are in business for the money above anything else. It's really great to find someone who has such a big heart. Thank you Dr Kudzi.
Seems as if they in it just for the money... Doc is okay... Diagnosed my 5 month pup with epilepsy, when he actually just had a problem with his adult teeth coming in... Doc is also often not in, at the shops quite often. Their receptionist is also just okay... Have to chase her up all the time... So uhm, wouldn't necessarily recommend them.
From my experience they give the treatment you need and provide what you ask for. Unlike other vets in the area they dont come up with excuses as to why your animals need unnecessary shots. Also if it comes to the unfortunate loss of a pet their understanding is highly appreciated. Its all about the little things
One of the only vets in the area that is open late on weekends. They do a great job of taking care of your babies and nursing them back to health. This was my first time but I'm sure it won't be my last. The vets in Brackenhurst and Brackendowns are only in it for the money and don't actually care about your pets. I'm going to rather travel the little extra distance to a place that actually cares.
The vet is very attentive, he's a good listener and explained what was happening with my dog thoroughly! Thank you for great service!
