Bluff Unleashed Pet Shop

Superb customer service. Wonderful, wide range of products. Very helpful and GOOD advice. I always feel welcome there and ALWAYS leave with a smile on my face. I'm a customer for life!

It is wonderful to go into a store to be well served by informed and helpful people. Bluff unleashed go out of their way and their prices are excellent (the best I’ve found locally)

Always friendly service, they really look after their customers. Great selection of food and treats for our pooch, and for our birds. Great prices too.

I usually purchase food from this store via the Mr. D app which has been down for a few days. Stressed, I called to check if the store is opened. To my incredible surprise, not only was the store opened, but Danielle said that the store owner would deliver to my house in Merebank! When asked why go through this trouble, she mentioned because she's understands that my babies need their food. The store owner then called me before delivery, and called afterwards to confirm who he had handed the delivery to. Words cannot express how grateful I am to be the lucky customer in receipt of probably the best customer service I have ever had. These people are kind, professional, caring and have reinvented the concept of going the extra mile. I highly recommend purchasing from them, they clearly love what they do and it's palpable!

Absolutely amazing service, if they dont have what you are looking for the will know where to get it And reasonably prices aswell I would recommend them We come all the way from amanzimtoti to get our cat food and toys from them

The service by your female cashier, is absolutely disgusting went in to get a kitten starter pack. And was told we can't come in and get it if aren't going to use the voucher. I have spent money there on 4 occasions since getting my kittens over the past 3 weeks but with service like that I'll be taking my business and I'll be informing friends and family who shop there on multiple occasions to take their business some where else. Her Co worker had more manners and respect for a paying customer.

Friendly helpfull staff. Well stocked. good prices.
