Definitely a 10 out 10 experience. It's more about the pets health with Dr Elsie and not just about making money. Thank you once again Dr Elsie. Praying for unlimited favor over your practice. Thank you for showing our pet such care.
Thank you so much Bluff Vet! My baby Pitbulls first injections were done - such excellent and friendly service and thank you doctor for all the treats for Boyka
Took my doggy to her as previous was happy to leave my dog in pain for almost 2 weeks instead of just supplying pain meds as they were full and couldn't see her the Saturday. Brought her to Bluff Vet and Dr is absolutely amazing. Has a true love for the animals which is what I find as most important.
Vet is extremely unhelpful and probably the worst veterinary experience I have had. Within the first few minutes in the appointment when I took my Maltese there and she asked if he had any allergies, to which I responded he has eczema, she sarcastically responds ‘so will he die if I give him this injection’ - this was just tip of the iceberg. People like this should not be allowed to practice
I wish I had taken our pets to Dr Elsie before. She was wonderful with our cat and two dogs. Even our nervous cat was very comfortable with her. Her fee was affordable, too.
Took my puppy there on Friday for her very first injection. She was very fit and active. Later that day she didn’t eat, she stopped moving around. On Saturday she could not stand or walk, eat or drink anything. I took her back on Monday and the lady just said maybe she hit herself on something, charged me again… I think she reacted on the injections she was given, when I said it the lady denied it. The day after; she died. I am never taking my dogs there ever again. It was my first time and I’m so heart broken.
Been attending this Vet from Puppy no 1 now we are at puppy no 5 They sure enjoy the treats ❤️
