I have never met a more compassionate, passionate and caring vet than Dr Berna. Today I witnessed her stay after hours for at least 3 hours reviving a kitten that came from another vet after a neuter and vaccine. I pray that God blesses her in whatever she puts her mind to. Amen.
Excellent service! I took my 16 week old girl in for her final vaccinations and vet check. She is always very calm and comfortable in the clinic. The vet is always happy to answer any question and gives excellent behavioral advice and training recommendations for her type and size of a dog. Very happy customer. Highly recommend.
Dr Tolken was called out after hours by my almost hysterical 18 year old daughter. He was gentle, kind, thorough, and I cannot thank him enough for the way he examined my four legged child. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH
My dog slipped out of my gate. I have told the community not to pick him up. I went looking for him as soon as my meeting was done and could pick up a fresh trail from bystanders. Unfortunately someone picked him up (he always comes home) and dropped him at this place. What a rude call I got. I was stuck in traffic and was threatened that they will charge me if they need to keep him. I asked them to leave my dog alone as he knows how to get home. I got rude and condescending pep talks from this lady (blonde older woman) and she treated me like a downgraded human being. What a humiliating, horrible ordeal. When we got there the dog was happy to see us and jumped into the car. She treated me like i was abusing my animal. Wow. You guys need some manners.
Would like to go but if they open 7:30 why they not answering phone?
Very happy with DR Tolken and service received from the clinic. They assisted us during the Easter weekend when all other vets were closed .Thank you so much for saving our dog.
Wonderfull place , just sorry about the neglect due to budget constraints.
