Absolute Pets Canal Walk West is my number 1 pet shop to visit whenever I need to grab a bag of food, treats and even medication for my dog. My guy Aaron is always providing me with new suggestions when I walk in. Excellent customer service is Aaron's specialty.

Extremely poor service (and attitude) from Zoe, more interested in chatting to a single customer and checking out puppy pics than help with the malfunctioning pay point.

Don’t buy from these guys, we asked for small pellets for our Pekenise dogs, when we opened after a week they gave us medium pellets and we want a return and swop as per the internet screenshot but they refuse as it’s 10 days since we bought. Train in your staff to know the sizes of pellets before the client pays for them!!!!!!!

My go-to vetshop, the store between Woolworths and Checkers . Always fully stocked with my requirements. Staff are very polite, patient, knowledgeable and helpful at all times. I love that they inform customers of promotional items as I sometimes miss the Hill's emails. The promos are also well displayed, visible on entering. Thank you Absolute Pets!

Extremely upset. I went to this store today, bought a laser toy for my cats, arrived home only to find that the toy was previously opened the batteries were inserted already & who ever opened it found it faulty & the toy packaging was then stapled together & placed back on the shelve, now I need to get back in my car & return it, time & petrol!!! This for R109 toy (broken)! So annoying, please check packaging before you leave this store. The staff member told me to just bring it back! Should have asked him why don’t you bring me a new one & collect this from me.

Amazing service and Great customer skills from Aaron. Will definitely visit this store more frequently ❤️
