Absolute Pets Central Square Pinelands

Sydney is the absolute best!!! Please recognise and appreciate him. To the rest of the staff at the is branch who offer great service, keep it up

The phone number quoted on the invoice goes straight to voice mail. You sold me a large bag of premium dog food which should last for several months. The packaging is defective and the bag cannot be sealed. I am concerned that the contents will go stale.

Fully equipped pet store. It has all the necessary things for your fluffy companion. From food, toys, accessories, etc... The Absolute Pets in Pinelands also has a spa where they do grooming. I have been there a few times. Once I was left disappointed as they trimmed my puppys coat and it looked like they butchered him. I went again and gave them a second chance. I gave them very specific instructions and was very satisfied with the treatment. But I felt that they could have offered me something as a compensation for the bad experience.

Staff are super awesome and always giving of their best.

The parlour is really nice. My dogs had a fairly good experience and I got to watch them while they were groomed. They are big on rewarding you for coming back, on the 10th parlour visit you get a free wash and groom. They did a good job on my maltese haircut as well. He looks quite spiffy. Only down side is you have to pay extra for things like clipping their nails or cleaning their ears, which I feel should be added into the groom part of the deal. So my dogs left with dirty ears, nothing I couldn't do at home though.

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help. I was looking for a new diet for my fussy cat, and not only did they recommend the perfect product, but they also explained the ingredients and benefits with real confidence. It felt like I was getting expert advice, not just a sales pitch. What really stood out was the personal touch one of the team members even remembered my pet’s name from a previous visit and asked how she was doing! That kind of genuine connection is rare these days.

Best spa for my persian kitty. Great service!
