A wonderful pet shop that includes a big horse section as well. A wide variety of pet products and the most affordable cat litter.
Always a pleasure shopping here. Friendly and helpful staff
Super efficient, friendly staff. Item prices are very good compared to other pet/vet shops. I would rather make a special trip to Somerset West to visit Cat Box Pet Hyper than buy the same items where I live and pay so much more. I highly recommend a visit to them for all your pet needs.
Helpful but did not have what I needed.
Bad service, indifferent to assisting when FNB banking is non operational. Wouldn't accept an EFT payment? Staff on the shop floor aren't treated fairly with regards being paid for work done. Shocking.
Absolutely love this place! I always take my dog with, to chose his own toys and treats and the staff is always welcoming and friendly! They sell horse tack and gear! They definitely do have a love for animals!
My wife bought a girth. Wrong size. They swopped no problem. The exchanged girth had a buckle that was sewed on in reverse. She went back and they absolutely refused to exchange, claiming she needs her invoice She was helped by the same person through out. Be careful.
