I love going here every single time! Everytime I venture into this Vetshop whether it be just browsing or pet care advice, I always leave 100% satisfied. There were two occasions I had some fur baby issues and both times the ladies were extremely polite and helpful! Definitely recommend going here, even if you need some nice treats or a cupcake mix for your fur babies 😉 thank you to Gizele and the other beautiful blonde lady. Me and my fur babies Appreciate it so much!!!
Great service, have the products I need. Very friendly welcoming vibe and willing to go the extra mile. I called them about a cat food product and they gave me all the specs and then said they would keep their last remaining bag until I could come by later that day. Nice!!
Been using this shop for 8yrs because of the excellent and outstanding service but sadly I won’t go there ever again….. the new-ish young blonde girl is just consistently rude and unfriendly. I could put it down to a bad day on the occasion but this has been the attitude every single time I’ve gone in there in the last 6 mths. Has made me very sad as I always appreciate good service and attitude and especially friendliness 😓
Best Vet Shop to buy animal food and goodies with excellent services... Always fun to visit the shop and lovely personnel to chat to. Also very good educated personnel for dealing with enquiries on any issues. Good loyalty program included so be sure to visit this shop....
