TAH Bellville - 24 Hours

I cannot thank the doctors and staff at TAH Bellville enough for the incredible care they provided to our beloved baby dog, Stella. ​In December, when Stella was very sick, the team went above and beyond to look after her. Their professionalism and expertise gave us more precious time with her, and the level of service we received during that stressful period was nothing short of amazing. ​Sadly, Stella passed away a month later. During such a heartbreaking time, the staff handled everything with the utmost sympathy and grace. Their compassion made a devastating situation a little easier to bear, and we felt truly supported in our grief. ​I will definitely be recommending TAH Bellville to all pet lovers. If you want your pets to be treated with expert skill and genuine heart, this is the place to take them. ​Thank you for everything you did for Stella.

To all Dr's and staff. Our family would like to thank you for all your help support and care with our baby Chloë. Words cannot express how thankful we are. Definately worth the drive from Saldanha! Jinx lived a long, happy 16 years but we unfortunately had to euthanise him. It was truly heartbreaking for my sister and I. We just wanted to write a review to thank Dr Siya Vukea who spoke to us with such empathy and profusely apologised for our loss, Nurse Melissa Fox who left her break early to stabilise Jinx's condition, giving us time to say goodbye and lastly receptionist, Leani Kriel, who continuously checked on us and handed us tissues. These three employees at TAH Bellville made a really difficult day slightly more bearable. Thank you to all of you who helped Jinx during his last moments.

If zero stars were possible I would give that. A rescue dog with a confirmed cobra bite died because TAH Bellville delayed treatment despite Grace phoning ahead and warning them that every second mattered. Willow arrived still able to walk in yet antivenom was withheld while a massive quote took priority. Our rescue group has never left a bill unpaid and funds would have been arranged instantly. She suffered needlessly until a volunteer had to make the heartbreaking call to end her pain. Antivenom was on site. They had advance warning. There was no excuse. When I posted about it on Facebook they deleted it and blocked me which tells me everything I need to know about their willingness to face accountability. Willow deserved urgent action not hesitation driven by costs. TAH Bellville failed her in the worst possible way. Every bad review here gets the same copy-and-paste reply saying they are sorry and will look into it yet nothing ever changes. It is the same excuses, the same self-justification and no real accountability. The focus is money not animals and the lack of urgency proved it. Willow suffered needlessly and it should never have happened. This place needs to stop hiding behind polite replies and start fixing the behaviour that costs lives.

The doctor who assisted us went out of her way to make us and our beloved cat, Veldmuis more comfortable and showed so much care and empathy towards us and our pet. Thank you for being there during this difficult time. TAH Belville is the best.

TAH Bellville – Angels in Scrubs! After one of the scariest experiences we’ve ever had, the amazing team at TAH took the most incredible care of our little Frenchie, Mila. From the moment we walked in, they treated her as if she were their own, with patience, love, and compassion every step of the way. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine care made an unbearable situation so much easier. Thanks to their quick action and dedication, Mila is now home, safe, comfortable, and healing beautifully. You didn’t just treat a pet, you cared for a piece of our family.
