Absolutely incredible vet. Our cat Mia was peeing blood and they gave her meds that fixed the issue within a day. I would highly recommend this ver clinic. They are compassionate and very caring.

I honestly have no idea how this vet clinic has such high reviews maybe everyone else went to a different vet at the clinic. This was our first visit with our 5-month-old pup, and the experience was terrible. I will never return. The receptionists were friendly, but the vet we saw a white male vet was the most unprofessional and uncaring vet I’ve ever encountered. He showed no interest, no compassion, and no effort to understand or treat my pup properly. You could immediately tell he didn’t care. He handled the dog roughly, tossing him to the side, and expected him to remain calm without offering any comfort or gentleness. When giving the injection, he simply stuck the needle in with no attempt to distract or soothe the pup. It was shocking compared to my breeder and previous vets, who have always handled him carefully and respectfully, never causing him to react as if he was being mishandled. After the appointment, I asked other dog owners about this clinic and was told it’s known for being one of the worst vets around. People only go there because it’s affordable, and several said to avoid the male vets altogether which I unfortunately didn’t know beforehand. I will never visit this clinic again. It was a frustrating, disappointing, and upsetting experience. When you go to a vet, you expect care, compassion, and professionalism not someone who looks disinterested and behaves carelessly with your pet. He even looked as if he was high that’s the impression he gave off

Incredible grateful to vet-clin and the team there. It really felt like they cared and wanted to save us money. We were there with our 2 dogs over 3 days, and the service never lacked excellence. We will always go back to them and use their services. Thank you for the great guidance and help. Big greetings from the Conscious Healing family.

Unfortunately, I agree with many of the one-star reviews regarding the unfriendly attitude of some reception staff. I experienced the same issue during my visit when collecting medication for my gran’s dog. When I asked if there was anything we could give him to help improve his energy levels, the response I received was, "No my dear, your dog is sick, there is no magic pill." I am fully aware that he was seriously ill; however, this response came across as dismissive and lacking empathy at an already emotional time. Not everyone is in a financial position to afford private veterinary care. My gran is a pensioner living on a limited income, which is why her dog was ultimately taken to the SPCA for assistance. This is a reality for many people, especially elderly individuals, and should be considered when interacting with worried and distressed clients. I do want to note that the vet who assisted us and another receptionist were absolutely lovely and compassionate. One receptionist in particular, with a foreign accent, was kind and welcoming, her attitude truly made a difference. Because of this experience, I will unfortunately not be using this practice again. Vetclin, please ensure that staff working in patient-facing roles are able to show basic kindness, empathy, and friendliness. Your clients are paying customers and are often going through very stressful situations, a smile and a bit of compassion go a long way.

I can’t recommend The Vet-Clin highly enough! From the moment we walked in, Marisia at the front desk was incredibly compassionate and caring — when your fur baby isn’t well, you aren’t well either, and she truly understood that. Dr Vic was professional, gentle, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and with genuine care. The whole team was exceptional — professional, kind, and compassionate from start to finish. Thank you for looking after us and our doggo so wonderfully!

My daughter was turned away by Bergzight due to the fact that they were fully booked for the day and was told to go to another vet. My daughter then took my cat to Vet-Clin where she was helped immediately. After X-rays were done they found out my cat has a stone in her bladder and needed surgery. My cat (Baby) was booked in for surgery the Monday. While opening her up to remove the stone in her bladder,Dr Reuben had noticed that her stomach was ruptured and wasn’t sure if she would make it. He communicated with us all the time..they almost lost her as her temperature dropped. Dr Reuben then decided to try and sort out the ruptured stomach that was full of bacteria not sure if he would accomplish anything but he tried and he succeeded. All I can say is that he is the most amazing Dr I have ever come across and through all her checkups he and his staff showed the utmost care. My cat is alive, happy and healthy today because of Dr Reuben and his staff that assisted him. Thankyou Dr Reuben for saving my Baby..May God always guide , bless and protect you. You are amazing🙏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍👍
