Wow....let me tell you about the guy who assisted me with these gorgeous blinds. His name is Brother Shadrack and he has been such an amazing person from the day I met him until installation. The team came to take measurements, I paid in 2 days. He told me he ordered and they will be delivered in less thanb10days. And guess what... They were delivered and installed.Thank you Brother Shadrack also the installation team. I'm am because of you 😘.

I cannot fault anything within the whole process of purchasing our patio set. When we called to ascertain of they have stock available and Shaun, the sales rep said yes and when we mentioned the price in the website he informed us that the advertised price on their webside incorrect and was in the process off being updated. We checked and it was indeed changed but the he agreed to honor the prevously listed price. After the sale we recieved an estimated delivery date of 10 working days from order date and we were continually updated Shaun. We then requested a postponement of the delivery as we are midst remodeling the patio and he agreed to accommodate our request. On the day of delivery the team did an excellent job of carefully unloading and carrying the solid wood set to our patio. This was no easy task and again was done smoothly and without any issues. Shaun then made a follow-up call to ascertain our satisfaction and reiterated that we are more than welcome to contact him directly if we find any issues at a later stage. Metro Lifestyle not only has a huge verity from which to choose from but also great service and economical priced goods. We check and even with the newly advertised price we would have still paid 3k less than what we would have at the competition.

I highly recommend getting your wave curtains installed with Metro Lifestyle Centurion. I previously used them for all my dress tailoring fabrics when needing a wedding guest dress but I realised they also do curtains very well. The service was excellent and the person who made the process smooth for us was Shaun. Installation only took about two hours. Really appreciate the stellar work! ✅✅✅

Once I reported a fault with my online item I purchased, they immediately arranged a replacement and shipping at no extra cost. Ameer and Dumisani visited our townhouse, nr 8 Luna Park 233 Luce Street Sinoville Pretoria today to install curtain rails and to hang curtains we bought from Montana Material. Very disappointed with the service received. Order an Elba Gas Hob and they delivered a Defy electric Hob. This was returned and then the Elba Hob was delivered. When we wanted to install the Hob the Hob edges was damaged. Queried this and I was told it would be sorted out. Nothing was done and I drove from KDP to Centurion store to have this resolved. Could not provide me a replacement Elba. Landed up buy a more expensive Hob in store. No discount offered nor was the staff apologetic. " It is not their fault it is the online department" Sent an email to voice my disappointment on 14/11/2025. Email was acknowledged and informed that Mo Carrim would get back to me, and it is 2 weeks tomorrow and nobody has come back to me. Will not shop with them again. Very disappointing service and ethics in my personal opinion

Very disappointed with the service. Curtains were installed in November, and small holes were found right after installation. It took them over five months to replace them. Even after that, we’re still waiting for someone to come and steam the splits to make them look tidy. We stayed home two days in a row, based on their promise to come, but no one ever showed up. Extremely poor follow-through and communication. However, sales guys always prompt in updates . This is very unprofessional and if METRO continues like this no time this shop will come to closure.
