Got my baby African Grey from Kies pet shop. Harris the guy that helped me is extremely kind and knowledgeable... We appreciate him very much and wish him every bit of success in his job.. Truly the best pet shop assistance we have had thus far ❤️
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this pet shop. I phoned the owner about five times asking to be notified when lovebirds would be available. Every single time, I was told either "I’ll phone you back later" or that I should call again in a week or two. On my last phone call, I was told very clearly that I would get a call back in five minutes. That call never came — and to this day, I’m still waiting. If you don’t have stock, just say so. Don’t repeatedly promise call-backs and then ignore customers. It’s unprofessional, disrespectful of people’s time, and shows a complete lack of customer service. I won’t be wasting my time contacting this shop again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values honest communication.
Great service from Harris at Kies pets. I got my Beautiful baby from them. Very knowledgeable on all animals and their nutrition. Harris also keeps in contact to check how my baby is doing and to give advice as he is growing. Highly recommend.
Kies Pets is truly a gem for all pet lovers! Uncle Hussain always has a wonderful variety of pets and pet accessories, and his shop feels more like home than a store. What sets him apart is his genuine passion — he is ever ready to assist, guide, and share his knowledge, making sure both pets and owners are happy and well taken care of. Every visit feels personal, as we are treated more like family than customers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality care and service for their beloved pets!
Great shop, picked up diatomaceous earth at a large bag. There were parrots, companion monkeys and cages for transporting pets too. Different pet food items too.
Great little store for all your pet needs. The owner is friendly and accommodating. Will recommend and continue to support them
Owner is kind and good hearted loves his animals and you can see it by the way they are looked after he will also go an extra mile very humble and wonderful person I can't wait for my next visit
