Helpful and friendly folks. I needed clippers for a cat's claws. Weren't in stock, they ordered them in and helped with pricing over the phone. Thank you for great, attentive service!!
Kalane and Pauline are totally awesome staff. They are attentive knowledgeable and super friendly to all the customers. What I like is that they remember the names of all their customers which is superb. Customers like me feel like we mean something to the store. Well done Bruce Kinghorn to having such dedicated staff. Def will keep going back even though Pauline has decided to go off to start a new adventure. I am sure Kalane will continue her example.
I was so pleased and relieved somebody knew all the work . Advise from the lady at the counter was so good. I got one free cats food for my girl Georgie. I left happy .
Quality care vets are the best, from their Veterinary clinics to Pet Cafe. All staff are super friendly and helpful, high quality pet foods and accessories and the upmost aim to keep your pets happy and healthy. Definitely worth 5 stars and more.
