Took my puppy to him for her first shots. A staff member took the puppy's temp. Her appetite was poor so he added some milk(clover) to some canned food and she responded to it. He advised me to do the same and I advised him that wouldn't it be better to use milk formulated for puppies instead. From my knowledge,as a layman, dogs are lactose intolerant. We were concerned about her high heart rate but when he checked her using his stethoscope he said she was healthy. The appointment was rushed and as I wasn't happy taking her back there I opted to take her to another vet for her second set of shots. The other trusted vet picked up that my puppy had a significant heart murmur and she didn't even use a stethoscope. She explained what it could be and referred me to a specialist. Sadly, my puppy had a heart attack and passed away a day before her appointment with the specialist. What upsets me is wondering whether I could have saved her if the murmur was picked up earlier and it cannot be said that she didn't have it the first time I took her to the vet because at the animal hospital it was determined that she was born with it. Disappointment is to mild a feeling to describe how I feel.

I took my baby to the vet and the vet didn't do blood test or x-ray giving him antibiotics and sent me home. He was not getting better so took him back. Again saying to expensive to do blood tests etc so try one more time if still not recovering we do blood test still not bieng able to tell me what's wrong . I was not happy so took him to another vet only to have to put him down as he was not treated from day one he would of survived. This was my baby my child. And now he is gone
