Really good plant selection and their equipment is also well chosen. There are less cheap budget options but the choices are better. For instance, a 50W submersible glass heater would be 225-260 depending on where you get it. But here, I paid 315 but got a much better product with external temp control and smaller size. Chris is also incredibly helpful with his advice on aquatic plants
We've been there 3 times and I feel like each time we go it's worse. Their name should have just been something aquatics because their reptile section is sad. The first time we went they at least had about 6 or 8 snakes, a few venomous ones and a leopard gecko I think. The last time we went we saw literally 3 or 4 snakes, one venomous and a tank containing a bunch of leopard gecko's (don't co-hab your leopard gecko's people). I would definitely not recommend them if you want to get a reptile. We went to ultimate exotics just 5 minutes away and now we have a new danger noodle, a tarantula and a leopard gecko.
We have spent a lot of money in their shop but they won't be seeing us again. They had the audacity to mock my husband behind his back, not realising that I was standing next to them.
Chris is was such a delight to deal with. Extremely clued up and great customer service skills. Friendly, informative and patient, will definitely be going back to these guys for future aquatic products and advice .
Small but has what I was looking for. The Manager seemed friendly. Some of the aquarium tanks seem a little bit pricey.
This is probably one of the best pet stores I've been too. Great stock for aquiriums, but more importantly, if you are interested in Aquascaping they have everything, and more. The service was brilliant and the gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for an all round 5 star experience. I'll recommend them to anyone.
Looks very well maintained. We just walked in to have a look around and wanted to see the snakes up stairs & a friendly young gentleman who works there started showing us the snakes and educating us and we ended up being there for about an hour. He was so knowledgeable and passionate and we had the best time. Thank you 🙏
