St Johns Vet is the best in the business! They are amazing with our 3 furbabies, 2 dogs and 1 cat. They take care of them and always make sure they have everything they need. We have been going to them for many many years and we have never been disappointed. They are very friendly and they always go above and beyond for our furbabies. Thank you to Dr Pillay for taking care of Peaches, Mellow and Tequila. Thank you Dr Bainbridge for doing the best and everything for our doggie Jet. Thank you Amber (front desk) for always listening, helping and guiding us when we have questions about anything. You guys are truly amazing!
Me and my girlfriend recommend St Johns Vet to everyone! They have looked after our cat Peaches do dearly. We have never been disappointed with them and we always know we can count on them! They are the best in the business and the strive to do everything and anything to make sure our furkitten has everything so need. Thank you St Johns Vet.
Dr Pillay has truly been a blessing to our family. After years of watching our Lab suffer with painful allergies and being told over and over that it was just boredom and a self-inflicted lick granuloma, she was the first vet who really listened. Within just two consultations and the right treatment, my boy’s paws finally healed — it was allergies all along. The relief and comfort she brought him means more to us than words can express. Our German Shepherd also had to undergo surgery to remove a tumour and those were some very anxious days for us. Dr Pillay handled everything with such patience, compassion and reassurance. When we received the news a week later that it was benign, the gratitude we felt was overwhelming. He isn’t the easiest patient, yet her calm and gentle nature won his trust instantly. Her warmth, kindness and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does. We are deeply grateful and wholeheartedly recommend Dr Pillay and the wonderful team at St John’s Veterinary Clinic 🐾🐾
I've taken my animals to St John's for years. However lately, they gave my new puppy the wrong vaccine. We had to remind Dr Bainbridge which vaccine he was due for. Despite it being on the vaccine card. They keep messing up our details with others. Furthermore, they make you wait almost 30 minutes despite your appointment and they make you wait overtime. Dr Bainbridge has become unapologetic and discredits other vets credibility, after which he said he does not trust the first vaccine the breeders gave my puppy despite it being done by a credible vet. They contact the incorrect person for details regarding our animals, despite us ensuring they create different profiles for each of our pets. Numerous times. Including us changing the details over four times. Furthermore, Dr Pillay did not do a good job spaying my puppy as the stitches were poorly placed resulting in improper healing. According to St John's Veterinary experience as per the reply below, they said not according to their records, that they keep getting wrong every time?
My 13 year old dog, Jet, was diagnosed with glandular cancer. My snuggle buddy survived for a year with treatment. He was 14 when I decided, it was time for him to join his fursister, Fudge, over the rainbow bridge. Dr Bainbridge was compassionate and so caring, towards us as well as my boy. I highly recommend Dr. Bainbridge.
Terrible experience taking our Rottie to this vet. While the staff are friendly. There were glaring issues simply overlooked because and I quote "We are the professionals" Ensured us, there was nothing wrong with our Rottie. Decided to get a second opinion, we had to put her down due to an internal mass blocking her stomach. If you have big breeds. Stay away. Terrible attitude. Arrogant.
We said good bye to our furr baby recently. We were blessed with another 3 years of having him in our lives. We will be eternally grateful for Dr. Bainbridge and his team for treating our boys' heart condition during those three years. From the time of diagnosis 3 years ago the St. Johns team stood with us with endless advise, gentle care and treatments that kept our boy going. Xxx
