The Ridge Vet & Pet Spa

Dr Naidoo is the kindest most compassionate vet I’ve ever met. She makes the furries feel at ease. My doggies adore her.

One of the best and kindest vets ever. Dr and the team have looked after my babies for almost a decade and I go back even though we have moved further away

Easily the best experience for concerned pet parents and sick fur-babies 👌. Dr Yecintha is a wonderfully caring, informative and helpful veterinarian. Our 4 persian cats go to nobody besides her. From the appointment booking procedure, to the punctuality, to the consult, advice and medication dispensed, this is the definition of what a vet visit should entail. Dr Yecintha and her team are a dedicated squad of people who ensure your pet gets the best treatment possible. Her love for animals and dedication to her job is clearly evident when you meet her. The follow up text messages and calls days after the consult from The Ridge Vet shows that they really do care. 👍The receptionist is a bubbly, polite person who is very informative. There is a pet grooming service also at this vet, so you can have your fur-baby looking pampered and gorgeous if you desire 🤣. Dr Yecinthas consultation rate is very very reasonable, where other vets in the area can easily be double her rate.(trust me, we know 🤦‍♂️) All in all, a most pleasant experience. Very very highly recommended 👌👌👌👌

Excellent service and amazing staff! We absolutely love the care and attention our dog receives. They’re very knowledgeable and the treatment is always on point!

Absolutely neat and clean facility and the care given was exceptional. My pet fell at home.

I can't thank you enough for your wonderful care for our sick cat. Your patience, attention to detail, and kindness made a huge difference in our pet's recovery and peace of mind. We appreciate your excellent service and professionalism. We highly recommend your clinic to anyone seeking exceptional veterinary care. Our fur baby is well on her way to recovery and is playing abd being her usual self. Best feeling ever! Thank you again for everything! Best regards, Zahida

The Vet Dr Naidoo was brilliant and did a detailed consultation with my GSD. She was great when conveying the results with me and the advice she did give me was very helpful!
