Clicks Pharmacy Highveld Mall Pharm

Today I went to the in store clinic to get my baby checked out. Found the door locked after knocking with no answer, so I asked one of the employees if the nurses was in today. He said yes and went to the "back" to go call her. When this guy told the nurse there’s someone requesting for their assistant she responded, "tell them I am at the toilet" . To cut it short we waited 10-15mins and when she walked out the nurse stopped to chat chat with colleagues. You’d think such service is at public clinics. I was so mad I paid for the few items and left the store. Definitely would not recommend this specific clicks clinic .

Today I went to clicks for shopping so I met this girl by the name of SHADIN I don’t like the way she was wearing today ,she was wearing a mini skirt that everyone can see I dont know why her managers don’t tell her because her skirt is embarrasing u cant wear like that when serving customers so teach her how to wear properly Thank you!!!

Zanele segodi what a rude cashier.Felt harrassed whilst been assisted by her at the till.Clicks should teach their employees manners and respect.Entirely disappointed at Zanele.Worse she discusses customers amongst other employees before assisting them that's basically gossiping.I bought items yet I was very much disappointed with the service I got from Zanele.I want to take this up with clicks head office cause I didn't like how I was harrassed!!!!!!!!Clicks Highveld mall should do better!!!!!
