Service is out of this world. This is the first vet that phoned me after my visit to follow up on how my baby is doing. Great friendly service and true hearts of gold.
The lady at reception was so kind and understanding. She helped us with our anxious dog and the long wait and even called me back when it wasnt busy anymore, she is a gem to be treasured and I will come back to President Vets just because of her. Thank you!!!

Dr van der Merwe did a very thorough checkup on my cat, and explained everything during the checkup. He was also very kind towards my cat. The whole examination process and treatment was more affordable and informative than other vets. Thank you for genuinely caring.
It was a surprising and enjoyable experience. Very friendly and competent staff. My cat was treated with love and compassion. I was informed when my cats operation was done. They phoned me the next day to find out if the cat was OK. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs assistance with their pets.
