Clicks Pharmacy KG Mall

I recently visited Clicks at KG Mall, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The store itself is well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate, which makes shopping a lot less stressful. The product variety is impressive, and I was able to find everything I needed without much hassle. One area that could use some improvement, however, was the queuing system at the pharmacy. While there were several open tills, some of them were unattended, which led to longer waiting times. It was a bit frustrating at first, as it slowed down the process of getting our prescriptions and other pharmacy needs. Despite this, I appreciate that the staff remained professional and attentive. What stood out to me the most was how the pharmacy team handled the closing time. Clicks closes at 6 PM, but the staff made sure to assist all customers who were still in the store, even if it meant staying a few minutes later. This level of dedication really made a difference and showed that customer service is a priority. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions, which made the experience much smoother . Another positive aspect was the general store environment. The shelves were well-stocked, and the layout made it easy to find what I was looking for. Staff members on the floor were approachable and helpful, ready to assist when needed. This definitely adds to the overall shopping experience. In summary, while there was a slight hiccup with the waiting times at the pharmacy, the service quality more than made up for it. The staff’s commitment to helping customers, even as closing time approached, was commendable. I left the store satisfied and with a sense that the team genuinely cares about their customers. I would definitely recommend Clicks at KG Mall, especially for anyone needing pharmacy services, as the staff are professional, friendly, and attentive. With a bit more attention to keeping all tills attended during busy times, this store could easily offer an excellent shopping experience every time. Overall, I’m happy with my visit and would return without hesitation.
