The Local Choice Pharmacy Del Med

Today my mother encountered a very rude old man. She let him use her phone for digital medical purposes. He told my mom that she's slow, her phone is cheap, and called her a 'kaffir'. When Mom said she was going to buy somewhere else, he told her to go to hell. His behavior is unacceptable and must be addressed; he cannot continue treating people like rubbish. This is not 1976. We are offended as my mom's children, and we won't be buying there anymore. I checked the reviews; people have been complaining about this guy, and you're not doing anything about it. As a pharmacy, you should also be held responsible for his behavior.

Chief pharmacist (older gentleman)is SOMETIMES very warm friendly and loving even but there are days where I've experianced such hostility from him .. He can make you regret getting out of bed litterally. Idk what it is but its really very odd . I have to go there because my beloved family drs and nurses are there so its jst convienant but i try not to talk to much until i see how his mood is then i get out of there as soon as i can .

There’s an old man there who is sooo rude. He wanted to chase me away and close the door on my face and I was there with a sick child. It’s really the worst pharmacy for the doctors at Rubicon Medical Center to work with. You shouldn’t be impatient when working with sick patients. Highly insensitive. My 2 cents of advise? Rather go to another pharmacy.

I encountered that old rude man today, telling me about his over 30 years experience in pharmacy when I mentioned that my prescription looked different from what I normally get. Did he not scream and put on a show for everyone to know what I came to collect!

Very rude and unprofessional. Step 1... If you do not want to serve customers half an hour before closing time, then close your doors half an hour earlier! Repeat step 1 until your doors are permanently closed. Was my first time there today and also my last.

Was the worst! People getting help before me but we all in a que! What is that? That time I had a baby on my hand not happy at all. Let your working system work for EVREYONE!

I have had numerous encounters with this Pharmacy and every time was pleasant, the staff is always helpful and friendly.
