Continously having problems with payment methods on their website, have to try the same thing 5 or more times before anything works and is successful , you can email them and never get a response either, not very helpful at all. Website says free delivery on orders over R400, but yet get charged a flatrate of R40 on my orders over R400 everytime, Service level needs serious improvements.
Snappy Pet has been the best pet store I've come across. Their prices are very affordable and the quality of their products are amazing! I usually order various ranges of chunks for my fur baby and every time I'm satisfied with the quality received. Every staff member here are friendly. They're very reliable and I would highly recommend the store to anyone who owns pets!
The website says that they deliver the same day if ordered early and if they have stock! I ordered at 7h30 and a day later have received and heard nothing! If there is no stock, why not, at least, inform me so that I can make other arrangements in the meantime! Not happy!
