I phoned to get a quotation for cleaning our Yorkies' teeth. Dr van Niekerk was unfortunately extremely rude and abrupt. Irritated, he told me he does not give quotes for animals which are unknown to him and proceeded to slam down the phone without suggesting I bring them in for a consultation and before I could even get the chance of asking. He was not interested at all.
The Vet immediately help us with Bella. And we are so thankful for his assistance.
Excellent Service. Dr. Van Niekerk is caring and thoughtfull when it comes to animals. He is thorough and exceptionally helpful.
The Dr and nurse are absolutely fantastic. The doctor even phoned to check on my animals over a long weekend just to make sure that my cat was okay after she was attacked by another cat. I have used this vet for my dogs as well as cats and have only had good experiences, from friendly and professional service to empathetic care for my furry loved ones. Highly recommend if you are looking for good quality and affordable care. Thank you Dagama vets, you have saved my babies more than once and I am so grateful
