Oribi Animal Clinic

Reception staff were really welcoming and eager to help. I arrived with my dog as they opened without an appointment as it was an emergency. The doctor helped my dog quickly and an hour later I was able to take my fur baby home. Every one was super calm and friendly and this truly helped calm my anxiety

The most caring and supportive animal clinic ever they gave my furry best friend the best help and they even went above and beyond to help me with my insurance I can't thank them enough for saving Chloe life and being her voice when she was in trouble thank you to all the staff and our super Hero of a Vet thank you 😊 ❤ 🙏 ill be forever greatful

Received wonderful service, friendliness and even an aftercare call a week after visit (where do you still receive a call to hear if everything was resolved and how the patient is doing????). Our visit was just after New Years eve. Wonderful experience in a very stressful time! Thanks Guys!

Most helpful and professional staff with love for animals. My furry child received the best care.. even though it meant the last of his life I was explained every step in detail. I appreciate and thank you Dr. Pretorius for all his compassionate care through this difficult time. I highly recommend him as Best Vet in Jeffreys Bay. Thank you so very much.

Very disappointed with the way we were treated by the vet DR eve. From the moment we arrived on a after hour call we were treated with sarcastic remarks, intergation and disrespect. Since our dog was not well he was barking at the vet as we entered, she then took a muzzle and threw it on the floor which I had to pick up, instead of handing it to us in our hands. She then continued to make remarks like "im sure your parents feed you at home" when I mentioned that I was a little upset with her service she had a panic attack/breakdown which is also not a very professional way to act infront of customers. Unfortunately I won't be coming back to Orbi or recommending people to this establishment from this point onwards. I am a local born and raised in Jeffreys Bay and therfore would have appreciated a little better service.

I had my dog put to sleep at Oribi's. Over the phone they told me a price, at the store they told me a higher price, and once the deed was done the price increased even more. The price was double the initial price that was said on the phone. The staff was friendly and I am happy with the service, but you need to inform the client of all the costs involved and not just some of it.

Thank you Dr Pearce and the staff at Oribi Veterinary Clinic for how you treated our 18 and half year Daschund, Princess. From the moment we moved to Jeffreys Bay 3 years ago we just experienced the best service from you and the staff. We specially want to say thank you for the sensitive way you treated us today when our beloved family member passed away. Thank you so much for all the advice, love and support you gave Princess.
