Absolute Pets Honey Crest Shopping Centre

I have been purchasing from Absolute Pets for years, dealing with Liberty, Samantha, Lesego and many other of their pleasant staff. I was there on Friday 14/3/25, I went to buy Olly & Max 3.6kg silica cat sand. I had received an email that I could collect a dogs ball which would be her birthday present. There were 3 ladies behind the counter so I gave them the code for the present and they gave me a stuffed bone shaped toy. I told them the email said that she would receive a ball. I was told by one of the ladies that their instruction is to get rid of the stuffed bones first and they were not allowed to give me a ball even though they had stock and it stated in the email it would be a ball. I took out my phone and showed the email to them and eventually after an argument they gave me the ball. I have purchased large amounts of food, cat sand, tick & flea etc. from this store so I do spend a lot and give my pets only the best. There are no trolleys so you have to carry out everything yourself. Lesego was the only one who used to help me carry out, she was such an asset to this store. I have made my decision that I will no longer support this store.

Please amend your operating hours. Arrived at 6:20pm to find your store closed. It says your operating hours are until 7:00pm

This store doesnt have trolleys for large purchases. You expected to carry 20 kg bags off the shelf yourself to your car. Nonchalant unfriendly service from Katlego. At least smile if you unable to greet.

Wide range of pet food, treats, toys etc. The l9ady in the shop was very friendly and helpful.

My favorite local pet store. They have the "Royal Canin Yorkshire terrier" dog food we use and everything else. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have been buying my cat food there for a few years now, always has stock of what I want extremely friendly staff very helpful

Lovely little shop doesn't always have everything you want but then who has
