Absolute Pets Hyde Park Corner

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service Every Time! Absolute Pets Hyde Park is hands down the best pet store I’ve ever visited. The staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about both pets and their owners. Vuyo and Natasha, in particular, go above and beyond every single time — whether it’s offering great advice, helping me find exactly what I need, or greeting me with a warm smile. Their service is consistently exceptional and makes every visit a pleasure. Thank you, Vuyo and Natasha, for always making me (and my furry family) feel so valued! Highly recommend Absolute Pets Hyde Park to every pet lover.

My favourite pet store! I love Natasha, Vuyo, and Katlego's friendliness, their attention to detail and for knowing their customer's and pet's needs. Visiting the store to get my cat's treats and toys is a highlight of the week! I definitely recommend this store to anyone who has pets and looking for a one-stop solution.

Great service as always at Absolute Pets Hyde Park Corner. I always come in there and get greeted by a warm smile and an ear to my crazy pet stories. They also are very attentive as a team to customer requests and show great care in keeping me in the loop about my orders. A special shout out to Vuyo for his excellent service and very helpful insight with my last request which involved an emergency I had with my pooch.

Terrible experience. Did a refund at the store on 21 Dec 2024, kept calling after 7 business days to follow up and was told I should give it a month to reflect. Up until now - no refund has reflected. Now I need to inconvenience myself just to go back to the store and fix the issue. Terrible service.

Thembi at Hyde park is an amazing sales lady. I requested an item and it was unavailable. She suggested a few substitutes as I was leaving and made sure I took a great alternative. She was not pushy at all but just had such a pleasant attitude. Thank you Thembi ❤️

Vuyo is great! Helpful service!

Just the best and staff are amazing
