Sadly no sturdy Kong toys... got this TKM Rope w ball crocodile as a gift and it was demolished in one play... lol. Also limited choker and leash selection for big dogs...
Got amazing service from a lovely lady named Nicole. She so willingly offered advise and a sample.of.food for my fussy kitty to try. I've had many experiences where stores are very reluctant to give samples. Nicole's service was outstanding. Thank you
Nicole is the absolute best! She helped me search for a harness, went to look at the back and came back with exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for the most amazing professional service.
The team manager or leader, name Lerato or Lethabo - I went to their store On Sunday, they didn't have what I wanted, she said will order it and the food will arrive the next day at 2pm. I go back to the store Monday after 2pm the food hasn't arrived and there is another employee there stating that they only get deliveries on Tuesday and the team leader should have known this. Given i asked her on Sunday over two times if she is sure the delivery would be there at 2pm and she confirmed. I went to the mall today and the team leader was there. I asked her about it she got very rude and defensive and argued with me. When I mentioned I won't return to this store she went on to say no problem ma'am. I hope her boss sees this and how terrible the customer service is. I am really disappointed as I always shop at this store.
Great service from the ladies
Very nice store but limited brands available.
Friendly and helpful staff. Decent variety and stock of pet food and snacks.
