My cat was with them for 12 days. He is not the friendliest of cats and very picky eater. But he was happy there and ate his food. They were very accommodating to any special requests and Leon who takes care of them is wonderful. I would leave me cat here again. Facilities are clean. We took a large pillow and blanket (as mentioned fussy cat) and we supplied wet food and chicken in small containers.

The handler is really good with the cats. i got updates on my cat whenever I asked for it. I must say she looked like she was trying to escape in the pics they shared

I had to send my cat to BKC for just over a month, and I can happily say that BKC is the best choice! She was so well looked after and they were always updating me with pictures to show me how she was doing. If I ever need to go on a holiday or need to send my angel on her own holiday, I will most definitely be choosing you again. Thank you!

I am super impressed with BKC, number one the owner is absolutely sweet, they took my dog in at the last minute and brought him back fully fed, and clean. My dog didn't even want to leave the place, I am definitely going to be returning my baby here soon. Thanks BKC, please never stop providing the exceptional service for our furry babies.

I ordered a Robust Ball from BKC Pets online, the process was quick and easy. I sent an email to find out the status of my order, and received a quick response from Stefan. He explained the order was coming from Cape Town and would be delivered a week later to which I was happy. To my surprise I was called the same week and Stefan told me the courier just delivered it to him, I said I would collect the Saturday after I told him in which area I stayed. He told me no problem as he will deliver to my house due to being in my area that afternoon. Stefan kept me up to date and before I knew he arrived at my house with my order. Thank you Stefan, it's not every day one receives such good service.

Sadly to say that we are not happy with this service. We went on leave for 7 days and we left our 5 cats with BKC pets. We asked for special care even if we had to pay more money. They picked up our cats in Nigel. 2 days after we left we phoned the owner to find out about our cats and very sadly we find out that the owner haven't even seen our cats yet. We had to phone 3 times to get a answer from her. She knew that the cats were very special to us. That's why we volunteer to pay extra. If your cats is very special to you take them somewhere else. The cats were left to the workers completely. Sorry for this but I don't left my pet kids there ever again.

A big thank you to the staff at BKC kennels for their friendliness and understanding. I needed boarding for my dog for the holiday season and they were ready to assist with whatever I needed. I was invited to visit the facility and inspect the kennels myself. I have had to change my boarding dates and they were always ready and willing to help with no problems. Eventually my holiday plans unfortunately fell through, and they were so understanding of my situation that they even offered me a full refund! I am very impressed with their customer service and will definitely use them for my pet boarding needs in the future. Keep up the excellent work! Thank you for delivering a high level of customer service while so many businesses sorely lack customer service skills.
