I went to get a hormonal implant removed and had the great pleasure of being attended to by Nurse Blessed and her colleague. They were really patient and kept my mind off the process by swapping stories. I genuinely enjoyed their company; I felt like I was visiting family instead of a doctor❤️

A very good shopping experience. The pharmacy is very neat. The racks are packed very neetly and colorful, which makes shopping for the customer very easy and enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always around to assist where it is needed. The clinic is very well organised and the two sisters are very friendly and efficient. The dispenciry is also very neat and well organised. A very relaxing atmosphere and pleasant shopping experience. Everything under one roof.

No empathy for not dispensing scripted medication repeatedly. I was told I need a new script after dischem failing to dispense on my script repeatedly till it expired. Today I take a new script and was told they dont have stock. Which is understandable right u will dispense when u receive it in my case this could have been done. However, I was told about their legal policy about how a new script is required for dispensing medication which makes no sense at all as my script is valid. Legally dischem is required to despense medication that is scripted which they failed to do repeatedly without valid explanation until my script expired. No humanity.

All i needed was my baby to be weighed.... we booked as we were advised to do... landed up waiting forever with no sorry we ran late or anything. The nurse looked so nervous, like she hadn't handled a baby before. She didnt even do my babies height and head measurement correctly.

Made an appointment for 9 40 but ended up waiting an extra hour because someone from 9am missed their appointment so they had to wait for that person , and the lady says theres nothing she can do. . Why tell us to make appointment but we still end up waiting long?

Worst experience from someone you’d expect the best service from. The pharmacist or whatever he is at the self medication dispensary really lives up to the self medication definition Elton or Elon no patience and knows nothing about the medication he is working with. Please do something.

Although the Pharmacy is neat. I was there looking for something, staff was not willing to assist. When I asked at the Dispensary, the lady looked at me and said isn't there on the shelf? Not even trying to assist. Poor service!!!! I left and went to the NEW MARKET LIFESTYLE branch. What a pleasant experience.
