It is with profound sorrow and unrestrained gravity that I commit these words to writing. I urge every conscientious and devoted guardian of animals to refrain, without exception, from entrusting a beloved companion to this establishment. The conduct exhibited by the veterinarian in question is not merely discourteous. It is characterised by a deeply troubling pattern of disdain towards members of staff and a sustained contempt for clients. Such behaviour is neither incidental nor trivial. It reflects a culture of disregard that has, in my experience, resulted in consequences of the most devastating kind. I have lost my cherished companion as a direct result of practices that can only be described as grossly inadequate and professionally indefensible. My grief is immeasurable. Yet beyond my personal anguish lies another source of distress. I hold profound sympathy for the support staff who are compelled to endure treatment that no professional should be expected to tolerate. Their composure and restraint stand in stark contrast to the conduct imposed upon them. It is evident to me that responsibility does not rest with them, but with one individual whose reputation within the broader veterinary community is, by all accounts, widely recognised. No civilised society can condone the humiliation of staff, the dismissal of legitimate concern, or the careless handling of living beings entrusted to professional care. To treat any human being in such a manner would be reprehensible. To extend that disregard to animals, who depend entirely upon our stewardship, is unconscionable. If these assertions were born of exaggeration or emotion alone, the public record would not reflect the pattern that it does. I implore fellow pet owners to examine, with careful attention, the experiences documented by others. Our family has endured events that mirror those accounts with disturbing precision. This is not an isolated grievance. It is a recurring and demonstrable narrative. Let me state with absolute clarity and without equivocation: I neither threaten nor seek to intimidate. I act as a morally and ethically grounded citizen who holds unwavering respect for the rule of law. Every step I take will be firmly and scrupulously within the bounds of the law of South Africa. Nevertheless, action will be pursued. Consequences will be sought through lawful and appropriate channels. Professional accountability is not optional in a regulated field. A licence to practise veterinary medicine is a privilege contingent upon competence, integrity, and humanity. Where those pillars fail, regulatory scrutiny is not vindictive but necessary. No person, no family, no animal should be subjected to the treatment that has been described by so many. The anguish inflicted upon devoted owners and the suffering endured by voiceless creatures demand more than silence. They demand principled and resolute response. To the practitioner concerned, I offer no hostility, only certainty. Prepare yourself for lawful and resolute challenge. The processes available within the legal framework of South Africa will be engaged fully and diligently. The full authority of the law exists to protect both the public and those who cannot speak for themselves. To fellow pet owners, I urge vigilance. Read. Reflect. Document. If you too have endured comparable suffering, pursue recourse through lawful means. Justice is not born of outrage alone, but of disciplined and unwavering commitment to accountability. We will proceed with composure. We will proceed with evidence. We will proceed within the law. And we will not relent until responsibility is met with consequence.

Terrible experience. The vet and his reception lies alot.we were told the vet left to a house call after we made arrangements that we are bringing the bird in. After a follow up the vet said he is done with the house call he should be there in 30 mins. 45 mins pass still not there. I then do a follow up after waiting there good few hours only to be told the vet dont answer his phone anymore. I then try and call him he says we should only come after 6pm. As his house calls are more important. If we want we can go to brynston.

This veterinary came out on a Saturday when our dog was not well, and we grateful for that, but I want to make the public aware to keep their receipt of payment, as my husband made a full payment to the account number that was given to us by them, but they are claiming money was NOT RECEIVED. KEEP PROOF OF PAYMENTS PEOPLE, although they assisted us by doing a house call, due to their incompetence when dealing with accounts, I don't think I will make use of them in future. LUCKILY FOR US WE ALWAYS KEEP PROOF OF PAYMENTS.

Not sure this vet can be trusted. I called at 00:15 to let them know our puppy was vomiting. We suspected it was because she got a case of the zoomies and her food was barely chewed but her drooling was what concerned us. Asked if we should bring her in to be checked and the guy said he’ll call me back. (Red flag #1) Called back and then proceeded to tell me to bring her in but not to bring her inside as he wasn’t going to charge the R1,900 consultation without treatment (red flag #2) but instead for me to bring R200 cash and he would give her meds and again told me he would call me back. (Red flag #3) He called back a third time and told me to bring her at 02:00 because he was busy with a patient. (Red flag #4) The whole situation sounded fishy so we decided to stick it out and monitor her overnight and now she’s okay. I worry what would have happened to her had we taken her to this vet. Please be very careful.

This was on of the worst vet experiences we have ever had. Unfortunately, the vet on duty was extremely unprofessional, rude, and showed absolutely no compassion towards us or our dog. I understand emergencies are stressful, but basic empathy and professionalism are non-negotiable when people are coming to you in their most vulnerable moments. I would not recommend this practice based on our experience. And I would not even take an earth worm there.

Doc sorted out my kitty. My boy was in a fight, had an infected scratch on his cornea and a fever over the roof. Doc diagnosed quickly, medicated and kittie was back to his wonderful self within hrs. Thanx so much guys 🙏🙏🙏🙏😍😍😍😍😍

Such AWFUL, MISERABLE employees. I reached out with a simple enquiry after your clinic appeared in my search results, and the response I received was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. There was no clear indication beforehand that general enquiries like mine were not appropriate, yet the tone used made it seem as though asking a basic question was an inconvenience. For a business that deals with members of the public, this level of unprofessional communication is extremely disappointing. First impressions matter, and this interaction reflected very poorly on your customer service and overall professionalism.
