I bought these headphones less than a year ago. The body of the item broke. They refuse to exchange the item for me. I spend 45 minutes with the manager and Head Office trying to explain that it can not be my fault that it's madw out of weak material that does not last. It's not my first Bounce item that is falling apart in less than a year. I also have a speaker where the white part fell out and the handle where you hold the speaker also came apart and the speaker fell out of my hands. The only problem I have with bringing back the speaker is that I bought it as a set and the headphones I gave away as a gift. They don't sell the speaker alone as is. I'm not happy with the quality of the Bounce products.

Visit Clicks on 2024-11-05 at 11:30. Had to wait in a que because of a shortage of staff at the pharmacy and at the paying counter. Was informed by the cashier that funds from head office have been frozen and only skeleton staff is working..... Not my problem !!!! I expect service for cash. The system of printing numbers is also not fair. People press Collection and are helped first, but when they go to the counter, they have prescriptions with them and are still being helped first. Clicks was the best according to me, but now slipping away. I will give it one more try and will then move to another pharmacy, as my monthly medicine exeeds R2000 pm, I expect better service. And owner please dont ask for an e-mail, I have nothing more to say. Work with your investigation as per stated Went to Clicks Knysna on 2025-09-10, Person assisting me at pharmacy was so deep in discussion with the cleaner that she did not hear what I needed. The new Pharmacist is just as useless. You let go of competent people and replaced with incompetent people. After 15 years of going to Clicks Knysna, I'm done. I Have moved over to Arrie Nel and hope others will follow.

Good sized Clicks. This is the one near P&P. There is also a new Clicks at Milkwood Square.

One teller on duty - 9 people in the queue - everyone coming in after work. And it’s not just today - they never have all tellers open, not even at month end when the store is busy. Do better.

Waited over 30min before it was my turn. 5 people who was behind me in the que got help first, the ticket system is really unfair. All I wanted was a bottle Allergex, but in order to get it, my details must be captured on the system. Why do you want my details for over the counter meds???? Over 30min of my time waste for no meds. Got in my car drove to another shopping centre to go to a normal pharmacy, got the meds with no questions asked, look 10min.
