My best place to shop, Manager is always friendly greets everyone and even have a friendly conversation from time to time. All the staff delivers great service 👏 Keep up the good work!

I am impressed. It is super convenient for me as I have a vacation home at Heads View but more than that, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Well trained and well managed. Stock levels are good, constantly filling the shelves up. So far, I have not been disappointed. Car guards are helpful and have name badges - this really helps them to be part of the community and as a result they are helpful and not intrusive.

Store closed before 8pm, trading hours are trading hours, if you're open till 8pm, then the doors should close at 8pm. Or open up when there is still a que of people waiting to pay. Very disappointing.

The staff are extremely welcoming and go out of their way to accommodate and assist customers. They were working well past closing time and were still lively. There is definitely a sense of community here. Lovely experience

Shop well stocked. Staff not exactly the friendliness..depends on their mood.. The downside is how the shop looks from outside...terrible..I am sure you guys can afford to paint it..

Fair amount of stock, higher than usual pricing due to its convenient trading hours. Their self-baked breadrolls and hot-dog rolls are really bad tasting and only stay fresh for about 4 hours. The Sunday lunches however are great! We really enjoy them!

Whenever we come to knysna for a visit we will either stay at The Heads or Lagoon Lodge and this shop is the nearest as you come from The heads and even nearer when we stay at Lagoon Lodge!! The location is very convenient should you need something in a hurry. The shop is always well stocked and you most likely will find whatever you need, right here in this store. The staff are very accommodating and will go out of their way to assist you. This truly is a family store👌⭐️
