No wonder people are getting sick from chicken. Here is a whole trolley of warm chicken and another cashier from express till casually walks up and puts another pack with the rest. After calling a manager saying that is not nice he does not even apologise or anything. Fyi manager’s name is ELVEO

Worst service ever at till point. Was met with extreme bad attitude from a till tapper after politely asking her not to throw the pizza we just bought face down onto the counter with total disregard after this she spewed profanities in her language and treated every other item with dripping sarcasm!! The till tapper - Analisa Lamani should check her attitude when working with public.

Most items never have the correct price or, at times, no price. There's no one at the tiny Deli, so you always have to look for someone to assist you with cold meats. Front staff ain't the friendliest, especially the supervisors.

Something’s changed at Pick n Pay—and not for the better. The moment you walk in, you're hit with an unpleasant smell that makes shopping uncomfortable. The floors are often littered with debris, giving the store an unkempt feel. As for the checkout experience, the cashiers move at a frustratingly slow pace. Overall, the atmosphere feels completely off. It’s disappointing to see the decline in standards.

Haven't been to Pick n Pay Knysna for ages becuase of their poor service and low quality but in a hurry I quickly popped in yesterday evening to buy among other things a tray of eggs. 20 of the 30 eggs were cracked!! They were all disgustingly filthy and some even had mold growing on them. Not how you want to start your day...
