Agrimark Malmesbury

Was here on Friday. Black Friday nogal. No sense of anything being on special which was odd. I proceded to look through the shop to buy a few things. I was looking for a trolly to put the stuff in. Walk upstairs to entrance and down stairs but could not find one. The store had almost no customers at the time. I asked a cashier at the top for a trolly which she then asked a guy to assist. He also saw no trollies anywhere but then saw another staff member using the only silver trolly i saw in the shop to pack bird food. He did not really want to give the trolly. When i said id then rather go as there is no customers and even less trollys and ill spend my money elsewhere. I got the trolly and bought my last things from this store Above all this i asked a guy for a quote for building material. 30x6m gum poles, sement bags, welded mesh, probably like a R40k order. He said hell get it to me during the day. Got nothing till i msgd him juster after 5. So no qoute on the stuff which i would have bought right there and then. Excuse was computers were down. I wont support this Malmesbury store anymore if this is the way the store is run. The people were nice that assisted me but overall as a store the rating is terrible

Very helpful & friendly staff. New garden section is lovely!

I bought a product 2 weeks ago, had to return it. Peter went above and beyond to assist me. Friendly and effective. It's now my favorite shop in Malmesbury.

Well situated Friendly people HOPE TO SEE THEM REGULARLY HESTER CASCADE

What ever you do, do not buy any Ryobi products from them. They sell all the old products that that are discontinued and when you need a part (chain for chain saw ),(bag for leave blower) so sorry we cannot help you. They sell you these products knowing full well that it is discontinued but not warning you about that. Disgusting company

Brilliant, friendly and helpful staff

The young man that helped me is the best sales person in a long time. He went out of his way to help me, while others stood and talked to each other, but when I caught his eye he went into overdrive to make my expierience special.
