Malmesbury Animal Hospital

I can definitely say that you will not go wrong visiting them. The veterinarians are kind, understanding and care for your little furry child as they would have their own. They celebrate with you when your pet has made a recovery and sob with you in times of bad news. They make an effort attenting to all their patients with love and tender care. Your little animal friend is not just a patient at their clinic - they are seen as loved ones. Chatting to them and also keeping you as owner in the loop of any and all developmentsif they are admitted to the hospital. They are not a 24 hour clinic, but the doctors are available 24/7 and 2 hourly visits are made to the hospital to check on their patients. They give excellent advise for home care and promote reporting back on your furry's progress if they are not admitted to the hospital. They stock a variety of products you might need for your fluffy one in their shop. They have opened an extra branch in Riebeek Wes next to Die Posduif. Their staff are friendly, helpful and caring just like the doctors. They make sure your visit is a good one. Thank you for loving our little ones and big ones (like live stock and horses) like we do. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Rest in Peace our little Jolly. 🐈🌈

I have emailed (29 July) and messaged (5 August) but there has been no correspondence from your side about my cat's hair loss after attending your animal clinic on 23 July. I am not happy about your poor service and disregard for my querry Great front of house service with friendly staff but there is a great lack in customer satisfaction when it comes to answering their queries and concerns!

Always great service never had a problem with them

Saved my cat twice in four years. More affordable than any other vet in Western Cape I have come across. Will drive there from Durbanville again if Meowse needs a vet.

Very early Sunday morning just past 6 Anroné called me back and said I may bring Bella in....thank you. Always there to help. God will bless you for He gave us the animals to care, love and protect them. 🙏🏻

The team at the hospital is very friendly and professional. They gave the the best attention I can imagine. My puppy was attended to soonest I arrived. The doctor did some medical tests on him the cause of illness and administered some injections and medication. I'm happy to say my dog is up and about thanks to the team at the hospital .

Their great service was extended beyond just caring for the animals... We have experienced this since making the first phone call , the professional help, guidance , care and compassion after our cat passed on. I observed this consistent attitude of care and compassion whilst sitting in the waiting area. Thank you team.
