Had my 11 year buddy put down. The vet was compationate, explained our options and gave us room to make the decision as a family. Once we decided with euthanasia-he explained the process thoroughly. Highly recommended.
I took my ginger cat, Meow Meow, to Vorna Valley Animal Hospital after he sustained a nasty cut under his left front leg. Communication was excellent and the reception team coordinated everything seamlessly. Dr. Yusra Dacosta attended to Meow Meow with great care and professionalism, ensuring he was treated quickly and effectively. Medication was prescribed, and the bill was very affordable. Thanks to their excellent service, Meow Meow is already on a very fast road to recovery. I highly recommend Vorna Valley Animal Hospital for your loved animals. 29 Sep 2025
This review has taken me a long time to write. I had to make the devastating decision to put my cat to sleep after he suddenly lost all function in his legs and could no longer eat or go to the bathroom. I arrived shortly before closing on a public holiday, not out of disregard, but because I had no other humane option left for him that day. I want to start by saying that the veterinarians, especially the lady vet on that day who assisted me was exceptional — gentle, patient, and deeply compassionate. She made an unbearable moment feel safe, and I will always be grateful to her and the staff involved in my cat’s care. Unfortunately, my experience with the vet owner that day was the opposite. While I was actively grieving, crying, shaken, and saying goodbye to my pet, I was met with visible irritation, tension, and a complete lack of empathy. I felt rushed, judged, and treated as an inconvenience during one of the most painful moments of my life. What made this especially difficult is that I had been a loyal client of this practice for years. When I needed compassion the most, it simply wasn’t there. Even a small amount of patience or kindness would have made a significant difference. I’m sharing this not out of spite, but because end-of-life care is not just medical ... it is emotional. How people are treated in those moments stays with them forever. I hope this practice reflects on that, because no grieving pet owner should leave feeling ten times worse than when they arrived because of lack of empathy. I trusted you but unfortunately you failed me. I will no longer be a client but so thank your vet doctors for their service.
TERRIBLE!!! - Lacking any "customer centricity/care" & the receptionist is so rude, she has no empathy or sympathy for any/all emergencies (even on the phone). I work from home so my salary is a bit different to most as I work for an international business... When my cat was on his dying bed (could not sit, stand or even lay in his bed properly) I tried to calling to ask for urgent help and if I can pay in 2-3 days (salary clearing FOREX is delayed), I was told they WILL NOT HELP and I might as well take him to the SPCA and leave him there as it is MY problem! - If you are looking for a vet that will take care of YOU AND your BABY, go somewhere else!!! RIP my boy!
Receptionist can be very rude and inconsiderate often times. On two occasions when having to bring my dog that passed away to be cremated and my other dog that needed to be put down, we were turned away on both occasions in a very rude manner. The vets themselves are awesome but the receptionist and owner herself needs a reality check.
Took my mom’s dog Lacey for a teeth cleaning had to get some teeth extracted . I love the doc there he explains everything throughly and only does what is necessary so you don’t get charged an arm and a leg
The vet and reception staff were friendly, competent and professional. Their facilities are clean and well maintained and their pricing was very reasonable.
