Customer Reviews
Faerie Glen Animal Clinic has a rating of 4.7 out of 5 based on over 279 reviews on Google
My puppy, Milo, had "katgriep" and another vet suggested I euthanize him because if they submit him his chances of survival is only 60% at a cost of R15,000 and with home treatment even less at a cost of R6,100, whichI could not afford... I decided against euthanasia and at insistence of my son-in-law went to FAERIE GLEN ANIMAL CLINIC, thank God I did, with Dr Gretha's help Milo pulled through... It was not easy, feeding him water with a injection and force feeding time him with nutritional soft foods every hour, day and night... When he started drinking water by himself and nibbled in his puppy food 5x pallets at a time, I knew he would make it and he pulled through and today is running around, tail wagging... THANK YOU DR. GRETHA FOR NOT GIVING UP AND GIVING MILO ANOTHER CHANCE TO SURVIVE...
This practice is TOP NOTCH!! Dr Liesl does her magic and explains all her findings very clearly. The friendliest staff will take the best care of your animals. I received constant updates with photos and videos when my cat was in hospital. Thank you guys very much!
This has to be the best vet practice I’ve ever experienced. All the staff is next level friendly and they go out of their way to communicate and even give you the sweetest updates on your pet after an operation. They go the extra mile. Very very happy and would suggest them to anyone. Thank you!
The lady that helped was nice, but the wife and I got an uneasy feeling as if there was tension amongst the staff. This became apparent when the lady was busy serving and another member of staff came in from outside and walked straight past us, She did not even acknowledge or greet or can I help. When straight to here office a directly focused on her laptop and our phone.
Friendly service and great doctor. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly
Friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Show your loyalty and they show theirs. My dog is always going to be in good hands as long as I keep going there
What stands out the most, is Dr Liesl's infinite patience in explaining the problems and various treatment protocols.
