Absolutely wonderful experience. The team was so kind and accommodating, especially helping us on very short notice. They truly loved Oliver and treated him with so much care and compassion. You can genuinely see that they care deeply for the animals they treat. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend them.

We would like to thank doctor Franza Kaizer for the way she handled the very traumatic experience of the euthanasia of our beloved Jack Russell today. My wife and I were both very distraught with the difficult decision we had to make. The empathy displayed by the doctor really helped us through the difficult time. This is not the first companion we have had to let go and she has always treated us like family and shared our tears. Thanks for always caring about the welfare of your patients and their owners.

I recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to put down our beloved cat, and we visited this veterinary clinic for help. While the overall experience was professional, there were a few aspects that stood out, both positively and negatively. First, the woman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel supported right from the start. She took the time to ensure we were comfortable, which was especially appreciated given the emotional nature of our visit. On the other hand, the doctor we saw felt a bit more detached. While I understand the process is routine for veterinarians, we were hoping for a bit more empathy given the gravity of the situation. The doctor did explain the procedure thoroughly but didn't seem to acknowledge the emotional toll this was taking on us. In such sensitive moments, a little more compassion would have made a world of difference. That said, the clinic handled the procedure efficiently. It’s clear they are skilled, but I do think the emotional support side could be improved. All in all, I would still recommend this clinic for anyone looking for professional care, but I hope they can work on creating a more compassionate atmosphere, especially in difficult moments like ours. Also, the price range for putting your cat down is a lot more affordable than some of the other clinics.

Best vet in the area. Our dog was not feeling well, took him 2 weeks prior to another vet, he still didn't get better. Took him to Kruin, 2 injections and home administered probiotics, he is back to his old self. Staff and vet is amazing, friendly and extremely compassionate. Would definitely recommend.
