I can't adequately describe this amazing vet. Every time we walk in, there's an atmosphere of calm and warm reception. We've taken our dogs there for their excellent grooming service., as well as annual shots. The vet and the support staff are exceptional and wonderful people. Recently our old girl, Milah, spent the day and night there on 14 April due to inexplicable illness. The vet immediately made an accurate diagnosis but, nonetheless, she put Milah on a series of antibiotic drips. She was empathetic towards our family as Milah passed early on 15 April. She shared the autopsy results with us which brought such peace because our dog had died of old age. There was nothing we did that caused her illness. She arranged for Milah's body to be cremated. In conclusion, we can witness to the fact that our Mayville vet is the best. We can share many instances where we didn't even think twice when our dogs were I'll or injured and took them there. This veterinary service is very much a part of our family story.

Very professional staff. My fur baby had an abses in her throat, the vet did what she could and even the same day my fur baby got better. 3 days later and she was her old self again with the abses gone. They are also reasonably priced on their services. I will go back any day.

My husband took our dog with an appointment, having a blood vessel shooting out blood at his Arnis. My husband was told to come back as he was bleeding from being bitten by the dog as the dog was petrified. On returning was told that the dog of 11 years, they had taken out his testicles because he would get cancer later, this cost R7800.00, on bringing the dog back , the dog could not walk, his back legs were lame, 3 weeks later the dog was in a worse condition as he was still dragging his hind legs, the vet came to the house to say the dogs back was broken and had to be put down., at the price of R950.00 this is a disgrace, as this dog was not treated properly, and should have been put down in the first place, they should have known not to remove his testicle at that age. I HOPE THAT THEY LEARN A LESSON FROM THIS EXPERIANCE and please do not apologies for your incompetence or post any derogatory answers it is very unprofessional and proves disrespect. Please find a vet that treats their patience better and take into consideration the owners decisions,.

Always friendly service. Always make sure before hand you get quote for treatment so you dnt get caught off guard with the amount u have to pay consultation currently is R590 that with out treatment or medication 💊

First visit and unfortunately a sad one but the service the doctors everybody was helpful friendly will recommend this veterinary surgery anytime

good place. they made things easier for claiming on my Dotsure pet insurance. my dog got treatment the same day for surgery. very nice and professional people.

Vet Elaine and her staff are always helpful, and the pet grooming facility next door is good to make use of.
